The first is a dark chocolate made from cocoa beans grown on a single farm in Arauquita, Colombia. These specially-selected, high-quality cocoa beans are selected of just one genetic variety of cacao, and offer beautiful natural brown sugar and clementine flavours.
Our Dak Lak 70% chocolate is made from organic cocoa beans from Vietnam and has a lovely natural fruity flavour much like a fruity red wine.
A lovely treat without all the guilt that comes with commercial Easter chocolate! No artificial flavours, no processed sugar, no artificial colours and definitely NO hydrogenated oil. Made with only 3 organic ingredients: cacao beans, cane sugar and cacao butter. 4 eggs per bag, 2 eggs of each origin/flavour (20 grams).
